CUPRA Sweden-PWR initiates long-term and sustainable collaboration with Texstar

CUPRA Sweden-PWR have embarked on a partnership with Texstar extending to 2025, where they will provide the team with high-quality hybrid workwear for their work in electrified motorsport.

What is CUPRA Sweden-PWR?

PWR Racing, operating under the name CUPRA Sweden-PWR in STCC 2023, was founded in 2012 by Daniel Haglöf and Peter "Poker" Wallenberg with the aim of breaking existing norms in circuit racing and advancing the sport. The team is part of the PWR Group and is based in Vikmanshyttan. PWR Racing are the reigning STCC champions for drivers, teams, and juniors. PWR Racing represents CUPRA in STCC and has won a total of nine titles in the championship.

STCC is Scandinavia's leading racing championship, founded in 1996. The championship competes with heavily modified production cars in an explosive, short, and adrenaline-filled racing format on the best racing circuits in Sweden. Starting in 2024, the championship is electrified with brand-new race cars with nearly 550 horsepower, the most powerful cars in STCC history. STCC is broadcast live via the streaming platform STCC+.
